Obama is not Constitutionally qualified to be President

Philadelphia Lawyer Philip Berg has filed a lawsuit to stop Barack Obama from proceeding in his bid for the presidency on the basis that he is not qualified as a candidate, under the rules of the constitution. The evidence, physical and historical, indicate that Obama was not born in Hawaii and is not a US citizen under the rules established by the Constitution that Presidents must be natural born citizens of the United States.

In attempting to deflect the issue, Obama released a birth certificate on his website but it was immediately detected as an obvious forgery, having none of the usual seals, folds, and information required for HI certificates of live birth from that era. This was confirmed by separate graphic forensic investigators.

Additionally, evidence shows that Obama was born in Kenya. Obama's Fight The Smears website, designed to set the record straight about Barack Hussein Obama, has actually made it worse by stating the Democrat presidential candidate was a Kenyan citizen until 1982. He was also at one time an Indonesian citizen as well. School papers list Obama as a Muslim with Indonesian citizenship. Obama is not eligible to be President.

Berg's lawsuit is progressing, and September 24 was the deadline for Barack Obama to file a response to the lawsuit, initiated by Democrat lawyer Philip Berg, which charges Obama with not fulfilling the constitutional requirements to be elected president, since he is not a natural born citizen of the United States. Barack Obama did not actually respond: he introduced a motion for dismissal, a typical delaying maneuver that makes the defendant look even more suspect.

If Obama is a citizen, why doesn't he just produce the real certificate? Why deflect in a suspicious motion that doesn't actually answer the question?

The answer: because he is ineligible.

I had to produce a birth certificate to be paid my paycheck based on the rules for immigration and company policy.

You have to go read this editorial - I am so interested in your take on this one.

LOL, so she isn't traditional so she's weird. The usual blather.

And though she herself is named Sarah, one of the most traditional names in the Old Testament, because she named her daughter after the beautiful Alaskan Cove her parents love so much (Bristol) it makes her candidacy for Vice President suspect? LOL

Two points here. Trig is no "funnier" than Barack Hussein OBama, a name that Obama himself deprecates in his speeches ("I am the skinny man with big ears and funny name" he tells rapturous supporters). And certainly no funnier than VP names Lyndon or Spiro or Adlai.

Second, here is a link to the history of the process by which African Americans name their babies. As slaves, they endured many dehumanizing tortures, the worst of which was immediate stripping of their African name and forced a new one at the whim and pleasure of the Slave owner. After the civil war, blacks began a conscious process of creating distinct names for their children as an effort to claim individuality as a person again. This included adding prefixes or suffixes, combinations of two other names, or geographic places or animals. This continued through the civil rights era, exemplified by Medgar Evers' addition of the M in front of Edgar to create a totally new name.

Maybe the Australian paper would not have commented thus if Sarah was black and had named her children Kiara Raven or Chata Duante. Or Barack Hussein Obama.

It looks like this was settled and he is in fact an American citizen born in America. Fact Check dot org is decidely non-partisan; they rip Obama's commercials as well as McCain's, so I tend to trust them.

Nah, not settled. Many discrepancies linger. For example, it is a fact that Obama was a dual citizen until he was 18 years old, US and Kenya. He admits this on his website.

Defendant Obama claims he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961 and it is uncertain in which hospital he claims to have been born. Obama’s grandmother on
his father’s side, his half-brother and half-sister all claim Obama was born not in Hawaii but Kenya. Reports reflect that Obama’s mother traveled to Kenya during her pregnancy;
however, she was prevented from boarding a flight from Kenya to Hawaii at her late stage of pregnancy (which, apparently, was a normal restriction, to avoid births during a flight). By
these reports, Stanley Ann Dunham Obama gave birth to Obama in Kenya, after which she
flew home and registered Obama’s birth. There are records of a “registry of birth” for
Obama, on or about August 8, 1961 in the public records office in Hawaii...but no authenticated birth certificate.

Obama should just produce his birth certificate and get this over with. 17 million people are following this from the lawyer's site, so seems that factcheck.org's cursory checking after having purposely swapped the high res certificate with a lurry low res, has not satisfied a substantial amount of Americans.
