Socialist Obama wants to spread the wealth

Let's say you have wealth. It may not be a lot, but it's a lot to you. How do you feel about Obama saying we must spread the wealth. "It's good for everybody." Is it good for you?

At a campaign stump today:
Plumber to Obama: “Your new tax plan is going to tax me more. Isn’t it?”

Obama: “It’s not that I want to punish your success, I just want to make sure that everybody that is behind you, that they have a chance for success too. I think that when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.”

I'm trying to figure out why that plumber, if he's making over $250,000 year, why he's living in that little suburb neighborhood. I think Joe probably fibbed about his income. He probably didn't think he would end up in the middle of the debate and get called on it. Uh-oh, Joe. All your friends and relatives are calling to hit you up for some of that dough!

He is NOT making over $250,000 year. Here is what he said:

“I’m getting ready to buy a company that makes about 250, 270 - 80 thousand dollars a year, your new tax plan is going to tax me more isn’t it? I’m getting taxed more and more for fulfilling the American dream.” He didn’t say he makes that now. He said “I am getting ready to buy a company.”

Evidently the Obama talking points went out saying Joe doesn’t make $250,000 and liberals are eating it up.

Let us not be distracted by what Joe said. Joe the Plumber is not going to be making tax policy. What was shocking and more relevant than anything else that has been said in the entire campaign is what Barack Obama said. He told Joe that it is okay to soak those making more than $250,000, even small businesses making that, because then you can “spread the wealth” around and everyone benefits. That is redistribution of wealth — taking from the rich (and from the kinda rich) and giving to the not so rich and the poor. And Obama admitted to it. Out loud. And on video.

It's those pesky unguarded teleprompter-free moments that show who Obama really is.

don't believe me, listen to the fuller clip yourself:

And shame on you for trying to discredit a stand up American citizen, dad, and business owner for asking our presidential candidate a question! Is that the best you can do? Charge the person with lying? Shame!

One of the greatest generals and most respected military leaders and Secretary of State and true American military hero and one of McCain's top choices for VP, Colin Powell, has endorsed Barack Obama for President. Colin Powell would never endorse a socialist. All Republicans and Democrats agree Powell has impeccable good judgment and Powell would only endorse a red-blooded patriotic American who is good for our country's defense. Powell's judgment who we need as President? Obama. Powell is one of the leaders of the Republican party and he is endorsing a great patriot: Obama.

The Colin Powell endorsement: Triumph of hope over reality

Powell pooh-pooh's Obama’s longtime “limited relationship” with Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers as an “issue that is not central” to the campaign — just as evidence of the closeness of these two very chummy “neighbors” mounts. Ayers is a socialist AND a terrorist. ANd you call Obama a "patriot"? The 'God Damn America' congregant a patriot? I suggest you run straight to a dictionary and look up 'patriot' It doesn't usually involve using US Taxpayer money to campaign for and support Kenyan terrorists and thugs. Nor does it include wheedling the Iraqi government toward a different direction than the sitting Commander in Chief in a time of war. For that, you need to look up treason. Not "patriot."

Mostly Powell wants Obama so that Powell's baby killer stance can be cemented through Supreme court appointments.

Obama is a socialist. It's what Powell likes most about Obama. You don't have to deny Obama is a socialist, or be afraid. Just embrace it. Be brave. And honest.
