Love this. Would love a photo inside Pastor Billy's!

Do they serve "slippery dumplings" down thee?

Tiffany made us some good old-fashioned Italian sandwiches tonight!

Nope, I haven't run across them here yet. They seem very popular in Delaware. Here's a recipe:

SLIPPERY DUMPLINGS

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. shortening

Sift together 1 cup flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Add shortening and mix. Add enough hot water to make dough soft, but not sticky. Place dough on floured surface and roll very thin. Cut into squares. Bring water to a boil. Drop dumplings into boiling water and cook 15 minutes. Very good in chicken broth.

If you go to the home page of mainstreetnewspapers.com you will see a display ad on the left side for Pastor Billy’s. I think it is in Jefferson. Or there is a website for Pastor Billy's, I think it is www.pastorbillys.com

Do a web search, his menu is online!
