It's the Head Harbour (East Quoddy Head) lighthouse just across the harbor from Lubec Maine on Campobello Island New Brunswick Canada. Since the tides are so high, and low, (25 feet) when the tide is out you can walk across the ocean floor to get to the lighthouse, but don't misjudge the time, because the tide comes sweeping back rapidly.
