Obama is not Constitutionally qualified to be President

Philadelphia Lawyer Philip Berg has filed a lawsuit to stop Barack Obama from proceeding in his bid for the presidency on the basis that he is not qualified as a candidate, under the rules of the constitution. The evidence, physical and historical, indicate that Obama was not born in Hawaii and is not a US citizen under the rules established by the Constitution that Presidents must be natural born citizens of the United States.

In attempting to deflect the issue, Obama released a birth certificate on his website but it was immediately detected as an obvious forgery, having none of the usual seals, folds, and information required for HI certificates of live birth from that era. This was confirmed by separate graphic forensic investigators.

Additionally, evidence shows that Obama was born in Kenya. Obama's Fight The Smears website, designed to set the record straight about Barack Hussein Obama, has actually made it worse by stating the Democrat presidential candidate was a Kenyan citizen until 1982. He was also at one time an Indonesian citizen as well. School papers list Obama as a Muslim with Indonesian citizenship. Obama is not eligible to be President.

Berg's lawsuit is progressing, and September 24 was the deadline for Barack Obama to file a response to the lawsuit, initiated by Democrat lawyer Philip Berg, which charges Obama with not fulfilling the constitutional requirements to be elected president, since he is not a natural born citizen of the United States. Barack Obama did not actually respond: he introduced a motion for dismissal, a typical delaying maneuver that makes the defendant look even more suspect.

If Obama is a citizen, why doesn't he just produce the real certificate? Why deflect in a suspicious motion that doesn't actually answer the question?

The answer: because he is ineligible.

The Power of the People

First, interestingly there were massive protests on Wall Street over the weekend, against the bailout bill. None of the Mainstream Media showed this, that I am aware of. The protesters are saying, "The bailout is b------t! You broke it! You bought it!"



Second, I an encouraged to see that there were so many millions of users tuning in to the House.gov website for information on the bill and on the e-mail form page to contact their congressman, that it swamped the site. Millions! I was one of them. I tuned in early and e-mailed Rep Paul Broun to say "NO, please vote against it." Later, when I wanted to send him a thank you, because he did vote against it, the site was swamped. Eventually I just called his Athens office.

WASHINGTON - The House Web site was overwhelmed Monday as millions of computer users sought information about the financial bailout bill rejected by the House. "We haven't seen this much demand since the 9-11 commission report" was posted on the site in 2004, said Jeff Ventura, spokesman for the House Chief Administrative Officer. "We're being overwhelmed with Web traffic about the bill."

Despite all this, I am hearing the Representatives claim every reason in the book for the bill's failure, except the true one.

"Bush and a host of leading congressional figures had implored the lawmakers to pass the legislation despite howls of protest from their constituents back home."

Finally, one pundit on CNBC asked in absolute perplexity, "Do you think, I mean, do you think it may be because of...local pressure?"

Uh, yes, I do. The people! Despite being silenced by no media coverage, and despite being ignored by the media and often our own Congressmen (usually) THIS time, the people spike, and they were heard.

As a prelude to the financial news, I recall Ezekiel's funeral lament on Tyre's fall, it is chapter 27.My concordance says- "It compares the city to a ship, mentions its trading partners, and describes how the ship sank. Jesus spoke of Type as a city worthy of judgment. (Mt 11:22)"

Boasting About Tomorrow

Now listen, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money." Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes."

Though James was not specifically prophesying and was the lament for Tyre was really a lament for Tyre, the principles behind the passages is a good lesson for today's situations on Wall Street and Washington DC. Since God is the same yesterday and today and tomorrow, perhaps, since we are seeing a repeat of the sins of the merchants of the past we now should be ready for coming judgment? New visitor center omits America's religious past
The Capitol Visitor Center (CVC) in Washington, D.C., is currently under construction but scheduled to open in December to an estimated 15,000 people a day. Virginia Representative Randy Forbes contends the exhibits displayed in the Visitor Center contain few and factually inaccurate references to the nation's religious heritage.

For example, the reference to "religion, morality, and knowledge" in the Northwest Ordinance is excluded. Forbes notes the national motto "In God We Trust" has even been removed from the underground building.

"As many people know in looking at C-SPAN, behind where the Speaker stands, there is [sic] a number of columns, and above those columns there is the inscription 'In God We Trust.' In the mock-up that's meant to simulate that area in the new Visitor Center, they've taken 'In God We Trust' out, and they just have gold stars that go across it," Forbes details. "And then when they made a picture of the Speaker's podium, they cropped the part that said 'In God We Trust.'"

A tense standoff has developed in waters off Somalia over an Iranian merchant ship laden with a mysterious cargo that was hijacked by pirates.

Somali pirates suffered skin burns, lost hair and fell gravely ill “within days” of boarding the MV Iran Deyanat. Some of them died.

Andrew Mwangura, the director of the East African Seafarers’ Assistance Programme, told the Sunday Times: “We don’t know exactly how many, but the information that I am getting is that some of them had died. There is something very wrong about that ship.”

Family Told Obama NOT To Wear Soldier Son's Bracelet...

Barack Obama played the "me too" game during the Friday debates on September 26 after Senator John McCain mentioned that he was wearing a bracelet with the name of Cpl. Matthew Stanley, a resident of New Hampshire and a soldier that lost his life in Iraq in 2006. Obama said that he too had a bracelet. After fumbling and straining to remember the name, he revealed that his had the name of Sergeant Ryan David Jopek of Merrill, Wisconsin.

Shockingly, however, Madison resident Brian Jopek, the father of Ryan Jopek, the young soldier who tragically lost his life to a roadside bomb in 2006, recently said on a Wisconsin Public Radio show that his family had asked Barack Obama to stop wearing the bracelet with his son's name on it. Yet Obama continues to do so despite the wishes of the family.

This from ABC: the father of the fallen soldier speaking:

"She had told me that in an email that she had asked, actually asked Mr. Obama to not wear the bracelet anymore at any of his public appearances."

I think it is a shame for Obama to wear the bracelet after having been asked not to. The mother didn't want it publicized, it was just to be a simple and a private thing between her and the candidate, to remember there were soldiers sying out there. Mostly, she was fearful of the issue becoming politicized. But to make matters worse, her worst fears did come true, for not only disrespected the mother's wish and Obama stop wearing it when asked, but when the time came to remember the soldier, which is the WHOLE POINT of wearing it, he forgot the soldier's name. He forgot.

Who won the debate? 2 to 1 it's for... McCain

Over a quarter million people voted at Drudge on who they think won the Presidential debate. It was 2:1 for McCain. I can't say one way or the other, I mostly watched with the sound off. I couldn't stand the lies, platitudes, and more lies. Though I did not like Sen. Obama's interruptions of McCain nor his juvenile . Oh, well, there's always Chuck Balwdwin for President

I subbed today...

...in a second grade. I was teaching Social Studies, about Georgia's Mary Musgrove. The Social Studies book showed an illustration of a 17th century Creek village, with huts arranged around a central square. I had read that the Creeks played and met as a tribe in the square. But that was a whole five minutes ago.

I stopped to ask the class some review questions. "What is the place in the middle of the village called?"

The littlest tyke raised her hand, all excited.

"A PLAZA!"

I burst out laughing. "Why yes, it is. It surely is."

I've been sending a prophecy newsletter to interested parties, which includes special updates. E-mail me if you would like to be included on the list. I read the bible and notice that news events of the day are playing out exactly as the bible has foretold. I titled it "Your Daily Doom" because the news today is so doomy but also because those who have not chosen Jesus are on the path to separation from Him forever. I hope that anyone reading this will feel the same sense of urgency that I do and share the Good news of Jesus Christ more frequently and earnestly. Yes, I'm the guy on the city corner in the sandwich board sign ringing the bell saying "Repent! The end is near!" And again, I know that makes me sound crazy. So be it!!!

GLOBAL ECONOMY/COMING ANTICHRIST - in order for this to happen, at some point we have to move from a free market capitalism structure among sovereign nations to total socialism under the guise of globalism. Fears grow in Lebanon as 10,000 Syrian troops arrive on the border

Syria has massed thousands of troops along its border with northern Lebanon in what officials in Beirut fear is a prelude to the first incursion since Syrian forces pulled out three years ago.

Although Damascus insists that its forces are conducting an antismuggling operation, the Lebanese Government is eyeing the moves with unease, believing that the unusual scale of the deployment has more to do with tensions between the two countries over recent sectarian clashes in northern Lebanon.
