When I saw this photo of one of the featured Food Network 4th of July desserts, I examined it for a moment, vaguely disturbed by an inconclusive lack of harmony...now where is it...where is it...Ah! The tarts should be turned with their red half on the top. Not every other row, but every ONE.
After thinking about it for a while, I decided that I'm just precise. Now, if I had photoshopped the image in order to MAKE it be tarts-red-on-top, that would be perfectionsim. I didn't do that. (But I thought about it).
